Christmas Delivery Dates

Making room for Christmas? Whether you’re gathering around a new dining table or settling into a comfortable sofa, we recommend arranging your furniture delivery early.

Freight gets busier across Australia from mid November. To help your order arrive before Christmas, please have your payment, delivery details and warehouse processing arranged by the relevant date below.

These dates are a guide only and do not guarantee delivery before Christmas. Orders dispatched after these dates may still arrive in time, but we cannot confirm delivery before Christmas.

Please pay your order early and let us know:

Your preferred delivery date, subject to availability.
The delivery contact’s name and phone number.
Any access details, such as stairs or the best entrance to use.

Receiving your order at a business address? For orders dispatched after 1 December, we also need your Christmas closure dates. We’ll hold your order until these details are provided to help avoid unsuccessful delivery attempts and additional delivery fees.

Holiday Warehouse Hours
Our warehouse will operate with reduced staffing from 23 December 2026 to 4 January 2027.

The warehouse will be closed on 24, 25, 26 and 28 December 2026, and 1 January 2027.

Delivery Information

We deliver to most locations across Australia. Delivery costs and available methods are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order size, weight and delivery address. You will always see the full delivery cost before completing your purchase.

Our team works with trusted freight partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery of furniture across metropolitan and regional areas.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The timeframes below apply to in-stock items and are indicative only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Melbourne: 1–3 business days
Sydney & Adelaide: 2–5 business days
Brisbane & Perth: 3–7 business days
Regional & Rural Locations: 5–10 business days

While we aim to meet these timeframes wherever possible, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including freight scheduling or regional constraints.

Prefer to collect your order?

Warehouse pickup is available from our Cheltenham warehouse.
Select Warehouse Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, our team will email you to arrange a collection time.
Bookings are required for all warehouse collections. Please reply to the collection email with your preferred pickup day and time. This allows us to ensure your order is packed and ready before you arrive.

Important Information

All collections must be booked in advance.
Please allow at least 24 hours' notice for collection bookings.
Our cut-off time for next-day collection is 2:00pm.
Do not attend the warehouse without a confirmed booking.
Orders may not be available for collection if a booking has not been confirmed.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Item size and weight
Delivery destination
Freight method required

All delivery fees are displayed before you confirm your order, ensuring full transparency.

Shipping Promotions

From time to time, Relaxhouse may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, flat-rate freight or other delivery promotions.

Shipping promotions are available only on selected products, for selected locations and for specified periods.

Where a shipping promotion is offered, eligibility is determined automatically at checkout based on product type, order value, delivery method and postcode.

Delivery Delays

We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided. However, delays may occur due to product availability, carrier scheduling, weather events or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is affected by a delay, our team will contact you directly with updates.

Insurance & Transit Cover

All deliveries include transit cover as part of the shipping charge. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with resolution.
