Approximate delivery times for in stock items are:
Melbourne — Approximately 1-3 business days
Sydney, Adelaide — Approximately 2-5 business days
Brisbane, Perth — Approximately 3-7 business days
Rural and country locations please allow 5-10 business days. Please note that these are estimates and our carriers will endeavour to meet these on all occasions or exceed you expectations.

What is Tracking?
Once an item is sent you will be emailed a tracking number that will show your orders process out of our warehouse facility and on route to your home and business. With real time accuracy you can see the delivery as it moves seamlessly from our depot to your front door.
In Stock Items
Delivery of stocked items will normally be made within 1-9 working days from clearance of payment. We do however endeavour to send items next day and often products will arrive within 2-3 working days.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

RelaxHouse calculates postage costs on a sliding scale that offers cheaper freight on the 2nd, 3rd and more items purchased. This is done in order to ensure that our customers also receive this incentive as the freight company will pass this cost saving on to RelaxHouse so it is only fair to pass this on our customers.
Can I Pickup?
Yes you can. If an item is in stock and doesn't involve any customization then you can walk into our store, make a purchase and then pick up from our warehouse minutes later and be using your new item/s at home or business that same day! You are also encouraged to purchase online, mark the 'pickup option' and then pickup directly from our warehouse facility.
Relaxhouse incorporates the cost of insurance into its shipping charge, so there is never a concern about your goods being lost in transit. Should your goods not arrive, RelaxHouse will resend the item.
