Warranty Period
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects that occur during normal domestic use.
Where a fault is confirmed, Relaxhouse will arrange an appropriate solution depending on the nature of the issue. Final outcomes may include repair, replacement, or replacement parts.
If the exact product or colour is no longer available, the closest suitable alternative may be offered. Any replacement applies to the failed item or component only. The original warranty period is not extended following a repair or replacement.

Outdoor Furniture Use and Care
Outdoor furniture is designed for outdoor use, however it must still be cared for appropriately in Australian conditions.
To help maintain the appearance and longevity of outdoor furniture, we recommend placing items in covered areas where possible and covering or storing them when not in use. Damage caused by prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions or direct sun is not covered under warranty.
