We started with an iconic Ross Lovegrove Supernatural chair as our inspiration. Our design team changed things up a bit, updating this fun classic. Our Moon Café chair features elliptical cut outs that add dramtic design details. The cut outs suggest the best of the natural world. Can you see the streams of sunlight peaking between the branches and leaves of a tree? Or perhaps you see in its form, white blood cells viewed under a microscope, small circles of life taking an elliptical form when stacked upon one another.
The moon café chair or outdoor chair lends a whimsical touch to your home and garden. The organic cut-out design is ideal around a minimalistic dining table or simply as a standalone chair in an entry way or guest room. It is constructed with a sturdy molded plastic, features non marking feet. Made with a single mold, this stackable chair is sturdy and versatile and features an elliptical, pebble pattern in the backrest.

Achille Castiglioni (Milan 1918-2002) Achille Castiglioni’s highly individual work still embodies his ironic humor, lively sense of paradox, and thoughtful concern for formal balance. During his long career, Castiglioni has been a professor of interior and industrial design at both the Politecnico di Torino and Politecnico di Milano and has been honored with eight Compassod'Oro awards. Castiglioni is one of the most important and complex figures in Italian design of the 20th century and he has mentored some of the most salient of the modern designers, including Marcello Ziliani.
