This is a high quality reproduction inspired by the original Charles Eames 'Eiffel' Chairs. This chair was one of the first plastic chairs to be mass produced and had made its own stamp on design for half a century. The DSR Chair's clean, simple shape is sculpted to fit the profile of the body. The rounded profile of the seat contrasts starkly with the angular legs to create a stunningly striking design.

Designed for the first time in the 1950’s this chair is a true example of classic modern furniture.

A beautifully finished wooden construction and sculpted plastic shell seat, makes it a perfect dining and side chair for all occasions.

The moulded shell seat has a high, flexible back, a deep seat pocket and a waterfall seat edge to promote seating for extended periods of time.

Charles and Ray Eames designed the first manufactured chair in 1950. From one basic shell they designed a whole series of shapes and variations. Made from recyclable polypropylene with maple legs and chromed struts. A beautifuly comfortable chair even after long periods of sitting. The modern materials and bright colours create a desirable and fun design classic that will appeal to all ages and compliment a variety of interior settings.
