We endeavour at all times to stock sufficient product in our warehouse to ensure that you can drive away with the product, or receive it by courier within a few days. There will be occasions when we have a run on a particular product range, and there may be a wait. Our resources are such that backlog times are cut to a minimum so that you, the customer, will have your relaxation product sooner rather than later.

Business Philosophy:

The traditional retail business approach of spreading costly retail stores across the country and shipping products from manufacturer, to distribution centre, to retail store before they end up in your (the consumer’s) hands, we believe may not be necessary or in the best interest of consumers today.
